Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Service Tiers

DSMOZ offers a free tier and a premium tier:

• Free accounts include limited supplier detail reveals and favorites
• Premium accounts ($597/year) include unlimited reveals, unlimited favorites, private notes, and custom lists

Premium subscriptions are billed annually through our payment processor, Whop. Refund and cancellation policies are governed by Whop's terms of service.

Supplier Information Disclaimer

DSMOZ provides supplier contact information and business details for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to verify supplier information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing. DSMOZ is not a party to any transaction between you and a supplier. You are solely responsible for evaluating and conducting business with any supplier found through our directory.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or republish supplier data obtained from the Service
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service

Intellectual Property

The DSMOZ directory, including its compilation of supplier data, design, and functionality, is the property of DSMOZ. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

DSMOZ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSMOZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from business relationships formed through our directory.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
