Formed in 2001, UT is an originator and manufacturer of toys and entertainment products with offices in London, San Diego, and Hong Kong. Our creative department works with many of the world’s top entertainment companies to merchandise their brands across many product categories including gift items, girls’ and boys’ toys, and adult collectibles.

UT is one of the top makers of licensed plush toys and our Star Wars plush lines produced in various sizes are being sold very successfully in 27 territories including Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The Star Wars line which, like all of our products, reflects our meticulous attention to detail and design was acclaimed as the winner of the prestigious Toy of the Year Award at the 2011 Licensing Awards Show. Besides Star Wars merchandise UT now makes Doctor Who, Hello Kitty, Lalaloopsy, Sonic the Hedgehog, and many more titles.

UT has also sold in excess of 3 million of its In Your Pocket and Soundblaster keychains featuring universally recognizable sound phrases from popular movies and TV shows that transform an otherwise mundane item into an easily transportable talking mini-entertainment center. Some of our top brands in this market sector have been Family Guy, Mr. T, Peppa Pig, Star Trek, Star Wars and Thomas the Tank Engine, among others. These easily merchandisable collectibles have enjoyed huge success in retailers such as Halfords, HMV, Hot Topic, Spencer Gifts, Tesco, and ToysRus.

UT is continually increasing both the number of licenses it is making product for and the variety of items in those lines. For instance, our Doctor Who offering now includes over 450 different items.

Our products are sold by most of the world’s major retailers including Blockbuster, Boots, Carrefour, Clinton Cards, Hamley’s, HMV, Hot Topic, Next, Spencer Gifts, Target, Tesco, The Entertainer, ToysRus, Wal*Mart, and Waterstones, to name only a few.
