Ben-Amun designs and creates jewelry in the Garment District of New York City for stylish women to feel beautiful and unique through a deep knowledge of jewelry history and a keen eye for where fashion is headed. Designer and founder Isaac Manevitz is originally from Cairo, and son of the jeweler to the Egyptian royal court. Ben Amun is named after Isaac’s eldest son, Ben, and the Egyptian, Pharaoh Tutankhamun. Issac’s inspiration comes from his rich heritage and passion for travel and jewelry history.
Issac pioneered the statement jewelry movement of the early 1980s, and has designed and created the Ben-Amun collection alongside a robust team of talented New Yorkers at the heart of the Garment District for over 30 years.
